Ingredients

50ml Bourbon

25ml Lemon Juice

20ml Sugar syrup (2:1)

3-4 Drops of Wonderfoam

12.5-20ml Red Wine float

Instructions

Combine all ingredients into the shaker except for red wine into the shaker. Shake it for 5ish seconds without ice, then add ice and shake it hard for 10-15 seconds.

Grab a classic Hawthorne strainer and then a fine mesh strainer and strain into an old fashioned (rocks) glass with one big ice cube.

Leave some room just shy of the top of the glass for your red wine float. Grab a bar spoon (or a regular spoon) and gently float your red wine on top until your glass of full to the top.
