Pompier Sour
Ingredients
45ml Unico Pomelo dry vermouth
15ml Marionette dry cassis
30ml lemon juice
15ml sugar syrup
5 drops of Wonderfoam
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a shaker.
Shake without ice.
Add ice and shake to chill.
Double strain into a chilled coupe or Nick and Nora glass.
Garnish with a dash of aromatic bitters.
