Wonderfoam is the easy way to add foam and texture to your drinks without the hassle or expense of using egg white. This means it's quicker, easier, and more economical than ever to create textural cocktails; each 100ml bottle of Wonderfoam can make more than 400 drinks! (otherwise 400 egg whites)
Simply add 3–6 drops to your ingredients depending on the size and style of the drink, then shake to create a thick and stable foam!

In the vibrant heart of Melbourne, two cocktail enthusiasts found themselves facing a delightful challenge. With vegan daughters eager to join in their cocktail fun, they sought a way to recreate the classic foamy cocktails they loved—without the egg whites. Their initial experiment with aquafaba was, let’s just say, less than delicious.
Undeterred, they set out on a mission. Their goal? To discover a foaming agent that was vegan, natural, and devoid of chemicals, alcohol, scent, and flavour. Teaming up with the brilliant minds at CSIRO in Australia, they embarked on a journey of trials and errors, shaking up concoctions that ranged from promising to downright peculiar.
After numerous attempts, they finally struck gold—or rather, they struck tree. Hidden within the forests of Chile, they discovered quillaia saponins, a natural foaming agent that was nothing short of magical. With this key ingredient, they perfected a formula that transformed cocktails with a delightful foam, creating the perfect texture without compromising on flavour.

Some cocktail foamers on the market have an alcohol base, simply use chemicals that are unnatural, or don’t even state their ingredients at all! That’s a red flag for us.
That’s why we believe that Wonderfoam is the most natural and effective foamer out there and our thousands of repeat customers agree with us!
Although Wonderfoam is amber in colour, it will not alter the colour of your drink. All that is needed is 3-5 drops, so by the time you’ve shaken and strained your drink into a glass, it is diluted and the overall colour is not impacted.
As a natural product containing quillaia saponins, Wonderfoam isn't an odourless product. When smelling the product nose-to-dropper, you may pick up on the earthy and sweet/sour notes. Don’t be alarmed, as this is natural and is the distinct smell of the Quillaia Saponins, a Soapbark originating in Chile. However, when mixed in to drinks, Wonderfoam doesn't add perceivable flavour or odour.
Currently we ship to Australia, New Zealand, UK, and all countries in mainland Europe.
In a 50ml bottle of Wonderfoam you can make 200-300 cocktails.
In a 100ml Bottle of Wonderfoam you can make 400-600 cocktails.
The lower figure assumes you use Wonderfoam generously at 5 drops.
The higher figure assumes you use Wonderfoam more conservatively at 3 drops.
Some recipes calling for Wonderfoam include the classic sours. This is your whiskey sour and your amaretto sour. Others cocktails include the Clover Club, Million Dollar Cocktail, Pisco Sour, Gin Sour, Commodore, Pink Lady.

Our ingredients are all natural, health conscious and sustainably sourced, making them high quality.
Quillaia Saponins extract is very pure and has minimal processing from plant to bottle. The saponins are extracted using water or gentle processing methods, preserving their natural structure. Quillaja trees are renewable resources, and their bark can be harvested sustainably without cutting down the entire tree. Saponins are excellent at creating and stabilizing foam, making them valuable in beverages (e.g., soft drinks, beers) and other products requiring a frothy texture
Our other ingredients such as Gum Arabic and Tapioca Starch are of equal high quality, widely used food and drinks.
Our preservatives are Sodium Benzoate and Potassium Sorbate. Sodium Benzoate and Potassium Sorbate are considered high-quality preservatives because they are effective, safe in small amounts, and widely used in the food and beverage industry. Their ability to extend shelf life without altering taste or texture makes them ideal for maintaining product quality.
Both preservatives are biodegradable, meaning they break down in the environment without leaving harmful residues, making them sustainable options.
Last but not least, Wonderfoam uses purified water to carry all of these goodies!
