Ingredients
- 45ml Unico Pomelo dry vermouth
- 15ml Marionette dry cassis
- 30ml lemon juice
- 15ml sugar syrup
- 5 drops of Wonderfoam
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a shaker.
- Shake without ice.
- Add ice and shake to chill.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe or Nick and Nora glass.
- Garnish with a dash of aromatic bitters.
