- 30ml Heirloom Pineapple Amaro
- 30ml Tiki Lovers Pineapple Rum
- 30ml Lime Juice
- 30ml Pineapple Juice
- 5 drops Wonderfoam CocktailFoamer
- 3 Dashes Crude Tropi 500 Pineapple, Coconut & Allspice Bitters
Instructions
- Add everything to a shaker.
- Dry shake (without ice, this helps to aerate everything, building lots of foam).
- Shake with ice
- Double strain
- Garnish with a slice of fresh or dehydrated pineapple.
