Amaretto Sour
Ingredients
45 ml amaretto
22.5 ml bourbon
30 ml fresh lemon juice
5 ml sugar syrup
4 drops Wonderfoam
1–2 maraschino cherries, to garnish
Instructions
Add the amaretto, bourbon, lemon juice, sugar syrup and Wonderfoam to a cocktail shaker.
Dry shake (without ice) vigorously for 15–20 seconds to create a silky foam.
Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
Double strain into a chilled coupe or Nick & Nora glass.
Garnish with 1–2 maraschino cherries and serve.
